Bounce for Fun – Tables & Chairs Rental Liability Policy

By renting tables and/or chairs from Bounce for Fun, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Customer Responsibility

   • The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all rented tables and chairs.

   • Bounce for Fun is not responsible for any injury, accident, or property damage resulting from the use, setup, takedown, or transportation of the rented items.

2. Setup & Placement

   • Bounce for Fun delivers items only. Setup and arrangement are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

   • The Customer must ensure that all tables and chairs are placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping, collapse, or injury.

3. Safe Use

   • Customers must ensure that weight limits are not exceeded.

     • Chairs: Maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs each.

     • Tables: Uniform distributed load capacity is 469 lbs; center load capacity is 200 lbs.

   • Do not stand on chairs or tables or use them for purposes other than intended.

4. Damage & Loss

   • The Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required for the rented items and will be charged accordingly.

5. Release of Liability

   • By accepting delivery of rented tables and chairs, the Customer releases and holds harmless Bounce for Fun, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, accident, or damage related to the use of the rental items.
